We love your little ones, however we have chosen an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Thank you for understanding.

To maintain an intimate celebration, we regret that only guests specifically named on your invitation can be accommodated. Should a plus one be included, their name will be included alongside yours during the RSVP process on the website.

Celebrate with us in autumn cocktail attire. Seasonal hues, such as burgundy, navy, forest green, plum, brown are encouraged, though not required.

Guests can start arriving around 4:00PM. Please arrive no later than 4:20PM to settle in your seat before the ceremony begins. Guests that arrive after the ceremony start time (4:30PM) may be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes.

We are delighted to share this special day with you. Please confirm your attendance by September 1, 2026. Your presence is the most cherished gift to us and will make our wedding truly unforgettable.

Ivory Meadows has a large parking lot to accommodate guests. The lot is gravel and slightly uphill in some areas. If any guests have mobility concerns, please do not hesitate to drop them off at the front of the venue before parking your vehicle.

Your safety is a priority. If you need to leave your car parked at the venue overnight for whatever reason, please pick your car up by 10am the next morning.
